Below you’ll find everything you need to know about getting your Fair Harbor favorites and what to do if you need to make a return or exchange.
Shipping Information
Order Processing
We work quickly to get your order to you! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your Fair Harbor gear to you:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
At Fair Harbor, we want you to love your coastal-inspired swimwear and activewear as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxer Briefs) unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request details (see template below).
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Securely package the items you’re returning using the original packaging if possible.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Step 4: Track Your Package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new items back to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
Want to switch from 7″ inseam to 10″? Prefer the Ozone Pack over the Anchor Pack? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email what you’d like to exchange for
- Include any size/color preferences for your new items
We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we process your return.

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. International refunds may take additional processing time.
