At Fair Harbor, we want you to love your coastal-inspired swimwear and activewear as much as we love creating it. But if your 5″ inseam trunks don’t fit quite right or you’d prefer the Bayberry Pack in a different size, our hassle-free returns process is as smooth as our quick-drying fabrics.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxer Briefs) unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request details (see template below).
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning using the original packaging if possible.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our coastal headquarters at:

  4. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new items back to you – just like we do with our free shipping on orders over $50!

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Process

Want to switch from 7″ inseam to 10″? Prefer the Ozone Pack over the Anchor Pack? No problem!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email what you’d like to exchange for
  3. Include any size/color preferences for your new items
  4. We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we process your return

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. International refunds may take additional processing time.
